MyBody offers a money-back guarantee in addition to any refund rights provided by our Terms&Conditions and applicable laws. If you made a purchase directly on our website and were explicitly offered a money-back option during checkout, you may qualify for a refund, provided the following conditions are met:
Eligibility Criteria:
- You must submit your refund request by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of your initial purchase.
- You must have followed the plan for at least 7 consecutive days (for monthly and more lengthy subscription periods) or for at least 3 consecutive days (for weekly subscription periods) and provide proof of compliance. Acceptable proof includes a screen recording or screenshots of your streak number on your home screen, showing your personal progress.
- We will review your request and notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.

- A refund will only be issued if all the above conditions are fulfilled.
- If you do not fulfill the conditions outlined in our Money-Back Guarantee, the fees you have paid are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, except as stated in this policy or as required by applicable law.
